Every machine that reports through a collector, until you remove it, plus one for each technology typed in by hand. The allowance is shared across the whole account. How machines count
You get a warning and 14 days to make room. After that, only new machines wait. Nothing already covered goes dark, and nothing is ever charged automatically.

Billing
We bill in South African rand, which is what PayFast charges. If your card is from another country, your own bank converts the amount.
In the app, on the Subscription page. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan keeps running until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
Moving from Pro to Enterprise happens at once, and the higher price starts from your next billing date. Moving to a smaller plan happens on your next billing date.
The owner adds them on the Subscription page. You pay for the rest of the current month straight away, and after that they’re part of your monthly amount. If you remove one, it stays until your next billing date. Pro adds machines in packs of 25, and Enterprise adds them one at a time with no maximum. Extra people and environments are on Enterprise.
Your account goes back to Free, and your environments are kept until you subscribe again.
Yes. Request one and we’ll set up Enterprise for 30 days, with collectors included and no card needed. During a trial you can’t invite people or buy extras.
No. You enter them on PayFast’s own page, and they never reach Ovesion.
